A 3-month, future-oriented one-on-one coaching program focusing on professional and personal goals as well as digital skills for your job applications. We prepare you for the job market of tomorrow and overcome any obstacles that may have been holding you back.

You develop clear career goals and work with a new mindset and digital tools on your successful application.

Future Skills:
We analyze trends in the job market and determine which skills make you indispensable. We also utilize the latest digital tools for the application process.
Mindset shift:
Together we will break down limiting beliefs and use resource-oriented exercises to boost your self-confidence.
Precise planning:
We define your professional and personal goals with a high degree of practical orientation, taking your skills and strengths into account.

Job coaching "Fit for the future"
Duration:
12 weeks with a total of 72 teaching units (2 sessions per week). One teaching unit consists of approximately 45 minutes.

Individual one-on-one coaching in person

This is especially relevant for those returning to work (e.g., after parental leave) and anyone seeking a genuine career change. This also includes job seekers under Section 45 of the German Social Code, Book III and Book II.
