A 6-month intensive coaching program specifically for job seekers over 50. For experienced professionals who want to stay ahead of the curve. This includes the targeted development of digital skills for successful applications and a smooth transition back into the workforce. You'll learn how to handle virtual interviews, elevator pitches, and AI tools. At the same time, we'll boost your self-confidence and prepare you for new challenges.

We will intensively train your digital skills. You will learn how to handle virtual job interviews, elevator pitches, and digital tools for the application process.
