In my work, I support people during career transitions and reorientations. Beyond providing practical assistance in the application process, I always consider the individual behind the job. True professional competence arises where expert guidance and inner stability converge.
My coaching is characterized by a resource- and process-oriented approach. I understand work-related blocks not as a lack of will, but often as a reaction to being overwhelmed, insecure, or past experiences.
