Being alone at home can often lead to cabin fever. Without a daily routine, the courage to tackle things also diminishes. Our "Fit for the Job" coaching program addresses precisely this issue: We combine the depth of individual coaching with the motivating power of a group.
Get your 2-month combined program of individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen your routine. This includes 2 individual coaching sessions per week and 2 group coaching sessions to build a stable, recurring daily structure.

Duration:
8 weeks with a total of 48 lessons (4 sessions per week). One lesson lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Combination of individual coaching and group coaching in person
For whom?
Ideal for job seekers according to §45 SGB III and SGB II with a need for social exchange and structural reintegration, but also for people with uncertainty in the application process or psychosocial stress (without need for therapy).
