An intensive 4-month career coaching and application training program with intensive one-on-one coaching for everyday situations. The focus is on building self-confidence for the entire application process – and providing practical support to help participants return to professional life. The program also emphasizes the use of systemic questioning to increase self-efficacy and stress management.

Practical help for daily living:
We support you with everyday hurdles, such as going to authorities or dealing with applications.
Psychosocial stabilization:
Through systemic questioning, we promote your stress management and self-efficacy.

You will learn how to handle virtual job interviews, elevator pitches, and digital tools for the application process.

Duration:
16 weeks with a total of 96 teaching units (divided into 2 sessions per week). One teaching unit consists of approximately 45 minutes.
