Data Collection When Using Our Coaching Services

If you opt for one of our services (e.g. measures funded by an AVGS voucher), we process data to fulfil the coaching contract and to implement the requirements of the service providers (Employment Agency / Jobcentre).

Depending on the chosen measure, this concerns the following data categories:

• Master Data: Name, address, date of birth, customer number with the Employment Agency.

• Application Data: CVs, certificates, and qualification profiles (particularly for the measures "Fit for Applications" and "50 plus").

• Coaching Content Data: Documentation of the consultancy process, target agreements, and results from systemic questioning regarding self-efficacy (e.g. for "Fit for Professional Life" or "Fit for the Future").

• Group Data: For measures involving group elements ("Fit for the Job"), data is processed within the framework of peer learning to encourage exchange.

• Digital Competence Data: Data related to training with AI tools and digital application processes.

 

Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) as well as to fulfil legal obligations within the framework of social legislation (SGB II/III) for funded measures.

 

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your data if:

1. Collaboration with Service Providers: This is strictly necessary for the billing and execution of your AVGS-funded measure with the Employment Agency or Jobcentre.

2. Legal Obligation: If there is a statutory duty to disclose the information.
